Decided that I am going to go on a model diet challenge. Which basically consists of believing anything will make you fat or you are simply allergic to it.
So what am I cutting from my diet? (And yes this is my typical day diet.)
-Bread, this means crossaints and muffins too
-Aritificial Sweetners, or any type of sweetner for that matter
-Soda, Diet ones too
It’s important when on an extreme diet to not consume any sugar. Now this is not a diet I plan to pursue for the rest of my life. It’s a two week challenge. Of course I will be working out once or twice a day, drinking plenty of water and consuming metabolism boosters.
Now I do not believe I am fat at all.. I just feel that I need to take cae of my body better. No matter how big or small you are you should be feeding your body with the right nutrition always. Skinny girls are not immune to flabby bells or cellulite .. And as I see from my 61 year old mother who is a size 8 jean… That being average does not mean you will have cellulite or stretch marks, she has none what so ever.. And for a woman at her age her body is in amazing condition, skin glowing, curves in all the right places and no she is not as tall as I am or not as skinny. She is an average sized woman with a body I envy.
As a model and as a women I don’t personally believe beauty fits into a size 0 dress. It’s not about what size you are, it’s about how amazing and flawless your skin looks with out clothes. It doesn’t matter what size you are but we would all feel better if we didn’t have celllulite, spots on our skin, stretch marks , etc. The way to do this is to not worry about your weight so much, it’s about worrying that you live a healthy life style. Eating the right food. Exercising.
I need to teach myself a hard lesson, I realized that I do nothing special to stay skinny, it’s simply who I am genetically, but I also noticed I don’t do anything special either to be healthy. We’re so misconstrued with the image that skinny is great.. But personally no matter how flat my stomach looks some days, I feel that the stretch marks and spots on my skin is what really brings me down. And I am going to help my situation by cutting all the junk cold turkey,as well as working out in different ways daily.
I bet if I can do this in two weeks, I will see the difference on my body. And I promise at the end of it I will award myself with a big homemade fruit sundae.
I will keep track of how this goes!
